Long Meadow Farms is Empeco's newest custom home community located approximately one-half (1/2) mile North of Route 22 on the East side of Old McHenry Road. All lots are at least one (1) acre in size and are served by city sewer. Long Meadow Farms will be served by District 96 Elementary Schools and the award-winning and renowned Stevenson High School.
